The Sound of Movies podcast has launched on iTunes

It is finally official, The Sound of Movies podcast has launched on iTunes, hosted by Ashley Wincer and Ann Pulbrook.  During the weekly 1 hour show of The Sound of Movies, we play a movie soundtrack and discuss points we enjoyed about it.  If we play the soundtrack on The Sound of Movies, you can take it as our recommendation to watch the film.

We can assure you, the music will and does vary a lot.  Both Ann and I watch a wide variety of movies, from harmless family movies such as Operation Dumbo Drop or Free Willy to the worst B-Grade Horror slasher films you can think of.  Nail Gun Massacre comes to mind, a low budget B-Grade horror movie made in back in 1985.  Well you get the idea.  Don’t worry, we’ll never play any tunes from Nail Gun Massacre, the music is as bad as the movie.

The Sound of Movies is broadcast from the Gippsland FM Studios every Saturday at 12pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.  You can tune into Gippsland FM on 104.7 in the Latrobe Valley and Central Gippsland region.  However if you are located outside this area, you can live stream Gippsland FM online.  Each episode of The Sound of Movies will become available as a podcast the following Monday at 5am Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sunday @ 3pm Eastern / 12pm Pacific in the United States).  Subscribe to The Sound of Movies iTune store to listen to our weekly podcast.  If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail.  You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter.  Thank-you.
